Mike C.

CEO and Founder

Mike C. is the CEO and founder of Integrated Computer Services (ICS) and a Microsoft Certified Professional. Since beginning his IT career in 2001, Mike has built ICS into a trusted leader in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and managed IT services, supporting over 5000 end users across industries. Driven by a commitment to security and regulatory compliance, he ensures that ICS delivers cutting-edge solutions to help small and medium-sized businesses navigate today’s complex digital landscape. Under Mike’s leadership, ICS has grown from a single-person operation to a team of 25 skilled IT professionals, all dedicated to providing enterprise-grade security and world class IT support services. A recognized expert in cybersecurity and technology-driven business solutions, Mike frequently collaborates with business owners and consultants to tackle complex technology challenges. His mission is to stay at the forefront of technology advancements, deploying innovative solutions that empower clients to maximize productivity and protect their digital assets. Outside of work, Mike enjoys boating, hiking, biking, sports, and spending quality time with his family.

Mazzy M.

Vice President

I joined the technical support team at ICS in 2008 and advanced to the role of Lead Technical Engineer. I have several years of industry experience in client-focused IT solutions and in recognition I was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2013.  I oversee product and technology solutions at ICS as well as management of ICS clients and support team.  I hold a Certificate in Computer Technical Support and Networking from the Chubb Institute of Technology and have over 20 years of Information Technology experience.  In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my Wife and my son as well as playing Texas Hold’em with friends.

Mike M.

Senior IT Consultant and Partner

With over a decade dedicated to the Managed Service Provider industry, I have cultivated a comprehensive skill set in IT infrastructure management and troubleshooting. My journey began with a Network Administration degree from Berkeley College, which laid the foundation for my career. Driven by a lifelong curiosity for technology, I thrive on learning and expanding my expertise. From providing desktop support to architecting complex server and network solutions, my experience encompasses a wide range of IT challenges. When I'm not immersed in the technical world, you can find me enjoying a round of golf or cherishing quality time with family.

Senior System Admin

I’ve been with ICS since 2009, as one of their senior systems engineers. I joined the team shortly after completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and becoming A+ and Network+ Certified. While taking a strong initiative and proving my ability to learn, I rapidly developed into the lead installations engineer. In addition to being COMPTIA certified, I am also a Microsoft Certified Professional and have led over 60 network installations, varying from small to medium size networks. Outside of work, I am a faithful Christian, a dedicated husband and I enjoy delighting the office with some amazing vegan cuisine.

I've been in the IT industry since 2016. Since I was a little boy, I've had an interest with technology, always tinkering with gadgets and computers. With a passion for solving complex challenges and a meticulous attention to detail, I'm constantly sharpening my skills in troubleshooting user issues and delivering excellent customer service. My journey has been a constant learning experience, driven by the fast-paced evolution of technology. I thrive on the dynamic nature of IT that pushes me to adapt and innovate.

Service Coodinator

I joined the ICS team as Technical Service Coordinator in 2014. I am the voice of the ICS Support Line. It is my job to ensure all your calls get routed to the right technician for the job. Another responsibility of mine is to make sure all requests are addressed within the agreed upon SLA (service level agreement). I am the employee in charge of scheduling all hardware / software purchasing, onsite services or any general questions or concerns. I received my bachelor degree from Ramapo College and an associate degree in Network Administration from Devry University. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, traveling, playing video games and spending time with my family.

Michael S. "Cyber Mike"

Cyber Security & IT Compliance Manager

Learning and helping people solve cybersecurity problems is a challenge I look forward to every day at ICS. After nine years in the Navy as an analyst and a few degrees at college I settled on cybersecurity. I am pretty close to having all CompTIA certifications, holding several Microsoft, AWS, and others as well, but ultimately the OSCP certification would be the next major milestone. I am *too* familiar with all the processes and paperwork surrounding various compliance standards such as PCI DSS, CMMC / NIST, HIPPA, etc. although I do enjoy using that knowledge to help protect others and make their own compliance journey easier. In my spare time I do Capture-The-Flag cybersecurity contests and volunteer as a STEM instructor at a local academy.

Humberto A.

I always had love for Technology, I showed it best I can as an intern when I joined the team in 2015. I quickly adapted to the ICS work environment and felt like a natural fit from the start. Currently a full time service tech, I also help out to make sure support requests are all done in a sufficient and timely manner. I regularly visit client offices and perform on-site support service calls to help better support our clients. I graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute with a  degree in Computer Networking Support. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, dog, and friends. I Enjoy watching sports and playing with technology well.

Senior Support Engineer | Account Manager

Rob brings over a decade of IT experience to ICS which encompasses Networking, Security, and administration. He holds a full CompTIA CSIS certification, including A+ , Network+, and Security+. Rob is passionate about technology and even more passionate about helping people! He has worked with a wide variety of businesses and technologies and always takes care to provide the best customer service every step of the way!

Initially I joined ICS as an intern, after proving myself a hard worker and having an ambitious personality i was brought on full time. Jeffery F.

Senior Support Engineer

Jeff has been working on and with computers since his early childhood starting with the Commodore 64 and VIC 128.  After receiving his Associates in Electrical Engineering from Lincoln Technical Institute, he went on to gain several certifications in a wide range of technologies from surface-mount soldering to HTML/CSS coding and Microsoft MCP and MCSA.  From field-service through system administration his career has spanned multiple seats and various clientelle such as law offices, health care providers, and banking card industry.  Jeff spends his own time with his lovely wife, playing video games and tabletop RPGs together, or working on his own PC and servers.

Brandon is an IT professional of nearly 25 years. Starting out in the late 90’s by attending a Windows NT Boot Camp, he most recently has been the IT Manager for small to medium sized businesses maintaining IT systems and overseeing the support operations. Brandon naturally provides excellent customer service and technical troubleshooting skills. When not working with computers, Brandon enjoys being outdoors with his dogs, Chewy and Rosco, close friends, and family.

Hi, I’m Brian. My interest in IT, started my sophomore year of high school, by attending a vocational school for Network Communications. After graduating, I attended Westmoreland County Community College, where I obtained my Telecommunications & Networking Associate Degrees. My career started in 2005, supporting an ambulance service within the county. In 2014, I became the primary US IT support for a gas service company, supporting multiple offices across the US. Most recently, I have joined the ICS Team, to continue applying my skills and knowledge to support multiple companies. When I am not working, I enjoy the great outdoors, camping, hunting, fishing and making memories with wife and two kids.

I became involved with technology while teaching Middle School English in Metuchen, NJ.  My passion for technology drove me to work with IBM in San Jose, where computers were being refurbished and distributed to schools in the area.  From there I continued to work in the IT field, providing excellent customer-centric support to both businesses and outreach programs.  Today I continue to strive to make technology as frictionless as possible and am very active in virtual reality, and PC gaming.

I've had an interest in technology for as long as I can remember. I was fortunate in the fact that my dad started teaching me how to troubleshoot computers from a very young age. I graduated from ITT Technical Institute and have acquired my CompTIA A+ and Mikrotik MTCNA Certifications. I am currently studying to become CompTIA Network+ Certified. I've worked in the IT field for close to 10 years, coming from an Industrial Automation background and transferring to the Commercial side 2 years ago. I'm always up for a challenge and ICS has given me plenty of opportunity to expand my skills. I've enjoyed my time at ICS so far and am excited to see what the future holds for me here. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife, playing guitar, video games and traveling.
